First light your fire

  • Tip everything into the kotlich
  • Add more liquid if necessary
  • Boil gently until all the veges are cooked and the sausages are well heated through
  • Once the kotlich is boiling it should not take more than 20-30 mins
  • Serve and mop up juice with home made bread
