- 1 rabbit, jointed
- carrots/potatoes/onions/celery
- red wine
- bouillon stock
- wild garlic
- soya sauce
- red peppers
First Light your fire
- Chop everything and throw into liquid,wine, water,stock in the kotlich
- Bring to the boil on a good fire, stirring regularly
- Adjust the fire to a rolling boil, this will cook the potatoes and release the starch from them for thickening the gravy
- Chris did not give times but I suspect about an hour should be enough
- Taste for seasoning and serve
